Investment Criteria

Gallatin Ventures is selectively seeking opportunities in which the current owner/management team desires liquidity and is interested in exploring strategic options for their business. While we evaluate every business on it’s merits, the guidelines that we focus on include:

• Gallatin Ventures will act as a majority owner active in the management of the business
• Revenues of $5 to $20 million with at least $1 million in EBITDA
• Three years of profitable financials; preferably audited financials
• Strong growth dynamics – a strong and realistic growth strategy in a healthy market
• Special emphasis on business services or property/casualty insurance services
• Non cyclical business located in the Southeast or Mid Atlantic regions
• A service-oriented business Gallatin Ventures can understand and bring unique added-value
